Of the 500 men in that outfit, Riddick was the only one to leave the planet alive. Rumors were that Riddick killed most of his own platoon, but because of nature of warfare, the incident was never investigated.
Riddick is a survivor. Very sharp, yet very primitive fight-or-flight response. Primitive like a shark that doesn't need to evolve any more than it has.
Proficient with many arms, but the weapon of choice is the knife. Riddick is a bladesman. Any shiv of any size or construction will do, the keener the edge, the better.
Achilles' Heel: Known to have surgically-altered eyes for enhanced night vision. This enhancement, while an asset in a dark prison environment, like the pit at Slam City, may prove to be a liabiliity in real world conditions
